Michelle Sheets , REALTOR®
There’s no place on earth like Las Vegas and living here for almost four decades is one of the great joys of my life. This is an amazing area. From the inspiring architectural diversity of Summerlin to theunrivaledluxury of Anthem to the natural beauty of Blue Diamond, I’ll help you find your perfect neighborhood.
You may be aware our brokerage has a well-deserved reputation for handling luxury properties – something I’m very proud of. I do want you to know, however, that no matter how large or small your real estate needs are, you’ll be treated with our renowned 5 Diamond customer service. Working with a boutique brokerage like I do, I can provide you with individualized expertise and extraordinary attention – just like in any upscale boutique – and remain agile enough to turn on a dime when market trends change.
Although I have over a decade and a half of real estate experience, that’s not where my career began. In spite of my lifelong love of home design, (somewhat of a fluke) I became one of the first women in Las Vegas to get into casino management! The training was incredible, and it was a great first career. I learned how to really communicate with people from different cultures worldwide.
Why did I transition into real estate? Again, it wasn’t really by design. Just as I began considering moving into a different field, my husband and I started looking for a new home here, and I was appalled at the lack of professionalism thereal estate agent provided. I knew I could do better. That, combined with my love of home design, propelled me into earning my real estate license, and I’ve never looked back. In fact, in order to serve my clients better, I took specialized training in real estate negotiation and earned my CRS – the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers.
I’m happy to tell you that, after being raised here, our children have made Las Vegas their home and are raising their families here. When I’m not playing with grandchildren, my husband, Aaron, and I enjoy discovering little wineries – family-owned hidden gems. I also like to stay connected to the community by serving and donating to charities such as HopeLink of Southern Nevada.
